Legal notice & Warranty Terms

OCEANIZED SIA provides a 1-year limited warranty on products, including carbon blades/fins and wetsuits, starting from the date of purchase.
  • Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Scope and Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear (such as neoprene compression or surface scratches on carbon), or any modifications made by the user.
  • Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@tritonsub.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the claim to determine if the product qualifies for repair or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of an item in case the returned item doesn’t arrive in the conditions indicated in our refund policy.

You will be informed directly by us if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, if the product/s will repair or replace the item.

In order to process your warranty, we kindly ask you to write us an email to hello@tritonsub.com where indicate below information:
1. Invoice number and the damaged/defective product/s;
2. Return reason: Item doesn´t work or is defective;
3. Information/pictures: To process your warranty we kindly ask you to provide us with a brief description about the defect as well as at least one picture where the damage/defect can be shown. Pictures can be attached directly to the email;
4. Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you have used the right to return and a defect isn't by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are on the expense of customer.

Any import/duty/tax/fee/etc. costs incurred by OCEANIZED SIA on returns are the responsibility of the sender.

Pay attention, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing error. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

We are unable to accept reclamations for the following defects:

  • Damaged due to incorrect or intense usage.
  • Increased perspiration.
  • Inappropriate usage (i.e., wetsuit with an open cell inside is very easily damaged by careless use. Such a wetsuit should be worn with a lot of lubricant and on the naked body only to avoid tearing of the neoprene. Please do not attempt to put on and take off the wetsuit of this type on dry).
  • Color transfer.
  • Damaged due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
  • Damaged or deformed due to excessive exposure to the sun, use in extremely low or extremely high temperatures.
  • Consumables such as waterrails on the blades, as waterrails are consumable items that should be replaced when necessary.
  • Product that cause physical discomfort i.e. blisters.

The warranty will void if the product has been modified without TRITON's authorization.
