General Shipping Terms

We ship our products worldwide from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia, primarily using UPS services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Free Shipping Promotion

Orders over €100 (or as specified in current promotions) are eligible for Free Worldwide Delivery. Please note that "Free Shipping" refers to the initial delivery cost covered by OCEANIZED SIA. In the event of a return or an unclaimed package, the actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from any potential refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For customers located outside the European Union (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs brokerage fees.
  • The customer is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all such charges.
  • OCEANIZED SIA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  •  If you refuse to pay customs duties or fail to provide necessary documentation, and the package is returned to us, all return shipping costs and fees will be deducted from your refund.
Unclaimed Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it or collect it from a Access Point. If a package is returned to us as "Unclaimed", the customer will be liable for:
  • The original shipping cost.
  • The return shipping fee charged by the carrier.
  • Any brokerage fees or administrative costs.
