Refund policy
You have 14 days full right of return and exchange on all purchases, counting from the day you received your order.
You have the right to use the purchased product during the period of the right of return to make sure that it meets your needs and desires. During the validity period of the right of return, you have the right to use the product only to check the performance of the product (same it could be done before purchasing the product in an offline store).
Taking advantage of the right to return, you are responsible for using the product to a degree greater than necessary to check the performance of the product, for using the product during the period of the right to return, not consistent with the principle of good faith, and also for reducing the value, quality and reliability of the product. If you want to return your purchase for some reason or another, below you can find out how to do this:
- Condition: Remember, the product should not be used.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Process: If you really wish to return your purchase to us, please send an email to hello@tritonsub.com with a completed Return form which can be downloaded here: RETURN FORM, and we can arrange how you’ll return the product.
- Exclusions: Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Customized goods as custom-made wetsuits with non-standard thicknesses, logos/artwork, non-standard colors and accent designs, are non-refundable. Custom-made blades/fins are non or partially refundable depending on the degree of customization. Please ensure that product(s) are in original condition before you request for a refund.
- Packaging: Please return your product(s) in the original packaging.
- Refund Processing: After receiving the return, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to your bank account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account over the next 30 days. You will find more info about this procedure: www.ptac.gov.lv
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Please note that the customer is responsible for tracking their package and ensuring its collection from the UPS Access Point or courier location. In the event that a package is returned to OCEANIZED SIA as Unclaimed or Refused by the recipient, the actual cost of the original shipping and the return shipping fees/brokerage charges will be deducted from the final refund amount. If the total return costs exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.
Shipping and Customs for Returns
- Return Costs: If you have used the right to return and this is not related to the inconsistency of the goods or services with the concluded contract, then your duty is to cover the costs associated with delivering the goods back to the seller.
- Taxes and Duties: Any import/duty/tax/fee/etc. costs incurred by OCEANIZED SIA on returns are the responsibility of the sender.
- Shipping Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Insurance: If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Defective Items: Pay attention, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing error.
