Payment methods

We’re doing everything we can, to make your purchases in our online shop as easy and convenient as possible. All the functions of the online shop are intuitive and easy to use. To order a product, just add it to your cart, go through the order process, where you can choose the most convenient payment method for you. You can also use the “Buy now with 1-Click” option. After finishing the order process, we’ll keep you informed on the delivery progress through the e-mail you submitted.

Payment options

When shopping in our online shop, you can choose one of the two forms of payment for your purchase: 1. Advance payment by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD. 2. Advance payment using PayPal. After placing the order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal web-page where you can pay for your purchase using PayPal.


Purchase returns

You have 14 days full right of return and exchange on all purchases, counting from the day you received your order.

You have the right to use the purchased product during the period of the right of return to make sure that it meets your needs and desires. During the validity period of the right of return, you have the right to use the product only to check the performance of the product (same it could be done before purchasing the product in an offline store).

Taking advantage of the right to return, you are responsible for using the product to a degree greater than necessary to check the performance of the product, for using the product during the period of the right to return, not consistent with the principle of good faith, and also for reducing the value, quality and reliability of the product.

If you want to return your purchase for some reason or another, below you can find out how to do this:

1. Remember, the product should not be used.

2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. If you really wish to return your purchase to us, please send an email to hello@tritonsub.com with a completed Return form which can be downloaded here: RETURN FORM , and we can arrange how you’ll return the product.

4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned, or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Customized goods as custom made wetsuits with non-standard thicknesses, logos/artwork, non-standard colours and accent designs, are non-refundable. Custommade fins are partially refundable depending on the degree of customization. Please ensure that product(s) are in original condition before you request for a refund.

5. Please return your product(s) in the original packaging.
 
6. After receiving the return, we’ll send a refund to your bank account specified in the return form over the next 30 days.

If you have used the right to return and this is not related to the inconsistency of the goods or services with the concluded contract, then your duty is to cover the costs associated with delivering the goods back to the seller.

Any import/duty/tax/fee/etc. costs incurred by OCEANIZED SIA on returns are the responsibility of the sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pay attention, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing error. To return your product, you should mail your product to:
